These guys did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing the problem with our diesel 2014 Audi Q5. Great communication and very transparent. Highly recommend to anyone with an Audi! These guys are great.

Roscoe has been immensely helpful with the maintenance and repair of our 10-year old VW Passat. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend.

Excellent and honest service. I had my Golf towed to Phaeton when it broke down a few miles away. They were straight forward about the extent of the damage and clear about my options, while not pushing me into committing to costly repairs. I would not hesitate to return for any VW service.

Roscoe is open and honest with his work. I had my 2010 Audi A4 serviced at his place after going to several mechanics who could not figure out the root cause for my issues. He literally solved the problem in under 1 day at an agreeable price and eventually told me the issue. He also solved an additional problem I had with my break pads--also signal issue caused by a previous mechanic breaking a reader--he replaced it and only charged me for the part which was like $30. I recently called him, since I moved out of state, to gather the paperwork of service he recommends I do next and he was also able to provide copies. I will 100% be going back to him when I move back to Durham, NC.

Fantastic place and mechanic. My son goes to UNC and his VW started misfiring. We found Phaeton Motorwerks by reading reviews. So glad we did! Roscoe was so responsive and took the car on a Friday afternoon and called Saturday with the good news that it was fixed. Took the time to look over the car (since we bought it used just a month ago) and let us know how things looked. Repair was done and so reasonably priced (which is hard to get with older VWs sometimes). They stayed on Saturday and my son was able to get his car back. Super nice folks too!! Thank you. We will be back for all of our services on this car.
